Visco fans service is an industrial overhaul of the Visco fans and electromagnetic couplings of the freight program. During overhaul, parts such as bearings, transmission, and valves are changed on each reconditioned Visco-fan, regardless of damage. Other components are checked in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and, if necessary, replaced by the new ones. After the installation, Visco-fans are subject to a computerized testing and balancing. In addition to the overhaul of the Visco-fans, we also offer an aggregate replacement in accordance to the “old for repaired” principle, as well as a wide range of new Visco-fans from Behr Hella and Cojali passenger and comercial diesel programs. |
Visco fans are used for engine cooling and consist of propeller and visco clutch. Depending on construction, clutch can be with mechanical or electric guidance. The mechanical guidance visco fans getting temperature from cooler and guidance of assembly is over bimetal which is built at visco clutch, while the electric have guidance over the control engine unit. Engine cooling, which can be guidance, as final effect has less noisy and the fuel consumption decreasing.
A new generation visco fans depending on engine requirement can have several different working levels therefore several rotation speeds. Motion for rotation can receive directly from engine’s crankshaft or over belt’s system.
