Instruction for installation of turbocharger

  • Maintain why was the old turbocharger damaged and resolve causes of turbocharger failures
  • Check pipes for oil intake and oil exhaust
  • Change oil, oil filter and air filter
  • Do not lubricate gaskets with sealing or jointing fluid or paste.

1. Check intake and exhaust car installation. Check is there leakage of air, apropos, exhaust gas.

2. All piping connected to the turbocharger from any loose objects, dust, dirt, and oil layer must be cleaned carefully.

 

3. Change air filter and if necessary do cleaning filter’s housing.

4. Inspection of connectors on intake oil and on exhaust oil, cleaned carefully. Use new, approved gaskets where necessary. Do not use sealing or jointing fluid or paste.

5. Change engine oil and oil filter.(Picture 3) Use only filers and oil meeting the engine manufacturer’s specifications.

6. Recontorol state of bolts and are there cracks on connection with exhaust manifold.

7. Install the turbocharger on exhaust manifold. Check is the gasket between the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold properly supported.

8. Assembling the connector for oil exhaust.

 

9. Fill in the turbocharger with clean engine oil and slowly by hand roll turbocharger’s rotor.

10. Assembling the oil intake. During the assembly do not use sealing or jointing fluid or paste. The turbocharger is assembling directly to the engine exhaust manifold. Check is the gasket properly supported.

 

11. After starting allow the engine to idle for about 60 seconds before acceleration. Check all the connections for oil leakages, or air leakages, or exhaust gas leakages and tightened connections if is necessary. Use water with soap suds as an aid for detects air leakages.

1. Proveriti usisnu i izduvnu instalaciju vozila. Proveriti da li postoji propuštanje vazduha, odnosno izduvnog gasa.

2. Očistiti cevi i creva od ulja, ostataka dihtunga, prašine, prljavštine i naslaga ulja.

3. Zameniti filter za vazduh i ukoliko je potrebno oprati kućište filtera.

4. Pregledati priključke odvoda i dovoda ulja, očistiti ih i prilikom ugradnje ne koristiti tečne zaptivače, već samo nove orginalne dihtunge.

5. Zameniti ulje i filter za ulje u motoru. (Slika 3). Pridržavati se fabričkih preporuka o kvalitetu ulja.

6. Prekontrolisati stanje brezona i da li postoje pukotine na veznoj prirubnici izduvne grane.

7. Montirati turbokompresor na izduvnu granu. Proveriti da li je dihtung između turbokompresora i izduvne grane dobro nalegao.

8. Montirati priključak da odvod ulja.

9. U turbokompresor nasuti čistog ulja i polako rukom okretati rotor turbokompresora.

10. Montirati dovod ulja. Prilikom ugradnje ne koristiti tečne zaptivače. Montirati cev od auspuha na turbokompresor. Proveriti da li je dihtung dobro nalegao.

11. Upaliti motor i pusti ga da radi na ler broju obrtaja. Prekontrolisati sve spojeve da li postoji propuštanje ulja, vazduha ili izduvnih gasova i dotegnuti spojeve ukoliko je potrebno. Koristiti vodu sa sapunicom kao pomoć za otkrivanje curenja vazduha.
